Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A1: We are Manufacturer.

Q2: Can I get some samples?

A2: Yes, for sure. usually 10-25g sample for free.

Q3: What certificates do you have?

A3:  FSPCA、FSSC 22000、GMP、HACCP、ISO 9001、ISO 22000、kosher、halal、SC are available.

Q4: Is there a discount?

A4: Of course, welcome to contact us. Price would be different based on different quantities. For bulk quantity, we will have a discount for you.

Q5: How long for production and delivery?

A5: Most products we have in stock, sent time: Within 3 business days after receiving payment. Customized products are further discussed.

Q6: Do you accept ODM or OEM service?

A6: Yes, we accept ODM and OEM services, ranges: Soft gel, Capsule, Tablet, Sachet, Granule, Private Label service, etc. Please contact us to design your own brand product.

Q7: How to deliver the goods?

A7: Fedex, DHL, By Air, By Sea and the specific line forwarder.

≤50kg ship by FedEx or DHL etc,

≥50kg ship by Air,

≥100kg can be shipped by Sea.

If you have special request on delivery, please contact us.

Q8: How to start orders or make payments?

A8: Proforma invoice with our company bank details will be sent to you once the order is confirmed by Email. Pls arrange payment by TT. Goods will be sent after received payment within 1-3 business days.

Q9: How to guarantee the after-sale?

A9: If any problem happens after the sale, either quality or quantity, we will try to solve it instantly. and we even have a recall system if necessary.
