The process of Poria Cocos Extract mainly includes raw material preparation, grinding, loop water leaching extraction, crude extract recovery, precipitation and refining treatment:

2. Grinding: put the chopped poria cocos into the blender, and grind under suitable process conditions;

3. Loop-type water immersion extraction: take appropriate water, add the stirred Poria cocos in a ratio of 1:8, and filter through a 70mesh sieve after stirring;

4. Crude extract recovery: Put the extracted crude extract into the filter tank, filter and clean it with gauze, and then separate the inhomogeneous extract with a flexible sieve layer;

5. Precipitation-refining treatment: Adjust the concentration of the recovered extract to a suitable pH value, then put in a precipitant to make the sediment settle to the bottom, then filter, and then recover through dehydration to obtain the Poria cocos extract product.
