The synthesis method of zinc lactate is based on a mixture of lactic acid solution and basic zinc carbonate powder under heating conditions, followed by wet granulation and drying with deionized water to obtain white crystals. The mass concentration of the lactic acid solution is 75-85%. The molar ratio of lactic acid to basic zinc carbonate during the reaction is 6:1. Furthermore, the reaction and subsequent granulation drying temperature are 50-70 ℃, and the reaction time is 4-6 hours. Preferably, the reaction temperature is 55-65 ℃. Furthermore, the amount of deionized water added is 10-20wt% of the total amount of the material.

The process of solid-state synthesis at low temperature involves using lactic acid solution and basic zinc carbonate powder as raw materials, which can react at low temperature.
