5. Solvent extraction method

The research shows that the optimal solvent extraction process of Magnolia officinalis by orthogonal design method is simple, reasonable, stable and feasible. The content of magnolol and honokiol in different extracts was determined by HPLC method at 70%, and the extraction effect of ethanol heat reflux was the best. Different extraction solvents had effects on the contents of honokiol and honokiol in Magnolia officinalis.
